Appointments – To allow your ultimate indulgent experience, and to ensure that we are able to provide you with the best in hair beauty services, we respectfully ask that you allow appropriate time for your appointments. In fairness to all clients, our policy is to reschedule clients who are more than fifteen minutes late.
All appointments are confirmed by way of a text message or phone call on the business day before. With our text message service, we do require a reply to confirm your appointment the next day. If you do not wish to use this service, or prefer a phone call, please advise at time of booking. We request that if you change your contact details you update these with us at your soonest convenience. Keeping this in mind, we ask for 12 hours’ notice of cancellations. We do have a cancellation policy where a charge may apply.
Payment – We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards, as well as EFTPOS transactions.
Quotes and Consultations – We are very flexible with our consultation appointments and happily do this at no charge.
Client Loyalty – At True Grit hair spa we believe that our best advertisement is you! To show our appreciation we offer Introduce a Friend cards, enabling you and a friend each to save $15 off your next hair beauty service. Please see the card for details. For your continual loyalty we offer all clients a complimentary True Awards card. Each in-spa service or product purchased earns you a stamp. Once twenty stamps are accumulated you are awarded a complimentary cut and finish with your style director.
A Little Retail Therapy – We promote only the best in home hair care, L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Redken for Men, and ghd, the ultimate tool in hair styling. We do recognise that ghd’s are a big investment so we happily offer a lay-by option for them. Want to try before you buy? We have a seven-day use-at-home option – ask us for more details. Purchasing your at home hair care earns you stamps with your awards card. Unable to come and visit us to pick up your product? Let us know and we can send it to you.
True Grit hair spa Guarantee – You want 100% satisfaction – and so do we! It’s okay to tell us when you are not sure about your hair – in fact we encourage it! We are not going to make you feel intimidated about mentioning your concerns, we are going to find a solution because we want you to walk out the door with a hairstyle or colour that you absolutely love. Providing that you are using L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase or other salon exclusive professional products we happily guarantee our work. All new clients receive a complimentary ’style check’ – a blow wave at no charge to you to see how you are handling your new style. Conditions apply – please ask.
Product Guarantee – We believe in our products, and so should you. If for any reason you are not happy with any of your professionally prescribed products, please let us know as we will be happy to exchange it for an alternative for you.
Refreshment Menu – We offer superb C4 coffee, made by our barista-trained team, along with an extensive list of herbal teas, orange juice and water. We also offer special monthly fine wines hand selected by Jacqui, the True Grit hair spa director.
